  • I would give the notice out of self-protection, but I have been very aware that since the 80s loyalty has been more or less a one-way street. Employers set those rules and I am not surprised that a lot of employees have finally gotten the message.

  • The employment situation will not recover for many years.  Along with the other factors at play, this is where corporations get the benefit of globalization and employees pay the price.  Obama is right, we will have to build new industries.
